Therapies

INTERFERENTIAL CURRENT (IFC) ELECTRICAL STIMULATION:

Interferential therapy is superior to other modalities for treating musculoskeletal and deep joint complaints.  These joints include those of the shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, ankle, and spine. Unlike other forms of stimulation that produce effects from the outside to the inside of a body part, IFC consists of 2 medium frequency currents that cross deep within a body part which then triggers the formation of a third current that radiates from the inside to the outside.  This means that the therapeutic effects are concentrated below the surface of the skin without being scattered by skin resistance.  IFC is used in the locker rooms of all professional athletes.

HIGH-SPEED VIBRATION:

This high-speed, high-frequency vibration therapy relieves soft tissue conditions that affect joints, muscles, nerves, tendons, ligaments, and fascia.  It allows for pain relief and restoration of range-of-motion by reducing scar tissue formation and permitting muscles and nerves to move freely.  It is effective for both acute and chronic conditions.  It is used by athletes at all levels of performance.
