COMMERCIAL DRIVER’S LICENSE EXAMINATIONS

Dr. Douglas Gordon is certified by the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners to perform physical examinations for intrastate and interstate commercial motor vehicle drivers.  It is mandated by federal guidelines that all commercial drivers pass the Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam.  The goal of this exam is to check whether an applicant is fit enough to drive safely at the present time, as well as into the foreseeable future.  A 2-year certification is granted to the commercial driver who successfully completes the exam with no significant health issues.
